Our hankies are made from high-quality cotton and soft microfiber, designed for durability and everyday use. Some specialty hankies may contain flannel, wool, or other varieties of fabric.
Do you offer custom prints?
Yes! We accept custom print orders, but you must provide a completed vector file. Custom orders may have an additional cost and delayed production process, which will be agreed upon before purchase.

Are all hankies the same size and design?
Since our hankies are handmade, there may be slight variations in size, color, and print placement. Hankies are approximately 8.5" x 8.5". If you prefer a specific tag, thread color, or print placement please choose the Custom Print option or reach out to us prior to placing your order.
Warranty & Returns
Do your hankies come with a warranty?
Yes! We offer a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects like loose or unraveling stitches or weaving flaws in the fabric.
Why do the design prints vary?
Each product is handmade, which means slight variations in print placement, size, and color are normal. Unlike mass-produced items, our process ensures every piece is unique! Fabric is cut individually and print designs are repetitive, so the design may not always be exactly the same on each hankie.
What if I don't like the design I ordered?
Even though all sales are final, we understand the frustration behind receiving something different than what was intended. Please reach out to us with any questions about color, design placement, or any other questions you may have prior to placing your order. We are happy to share available design varieties with you.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect covered by our warranty, we will be happy to replace it.

How long does it take to process an order?
Standard orders are processed within 48 hours. Custom orders may take longer, depending on design approval and production time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping only through our social media. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location. Our website does not currently offer international shipping, so please contact us directly and we will be happy to fulfill your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Custom Orders
What type of file do I need for custom designs?
We require a completed vector file for all custom print orders. No licensed images can be used without consent.
Can I request changes to my custom design after submitting it?
Changes may be possible before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss adjustments.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my hankie?
These hankies are built for everyday use and durability, but for the best longevity we prefer you handwash with warm water, light soap, and air dry. Please avoid using fabric softener, bleach, or high heat to preserve the fabric and print. You may iron the cotton side of the fabric, but never iron the tag or microfiber.
